Repairs and Returns
Every effort will be taken to ensure that the item/s are in optimum condition when they are shipped, however if the item/s are damaged in transit or if there are any defects, please contact us within three days of delivery for an immediate exchange.
If an item breaks because of everyday use, we will happily repair it free of charge. However, if an item is broken from misuse, the customer may have to bear the cost of repair. For repairs, please contact us first by email with your name, the item name, purchase date and details of the damage or problem. For immediate service, please bring repair items directly to Atelier Shinji Ginza.
Note: When posting an item to us for repair, please ensure it is wrapped securely with air-cushioned foam or bubble wrap within a hard box to avoid the piece being crushed in transit. Postage is the sole responsibility of the customer, and any mailed items that are lost or damaged during transit will not be reimbursed.
Due to the one-by-one handmade nature of our pieces, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind. If there is any defect, please contact us within three days of delivery for an immediate exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
